LEASE TERMS: The available office suite is offered on the basis of a new lease for a period of 6 years but with a Tenant’s break option at the end of the third year subject to a minimum 6 calendar months prior notice. Tenants are generally responsible for all internal and maintenance, repair and decoration of their premises. The Landlords will undertake all external maintenance and repair including the car parking/ common areas of the Office Park, CCTV and external security lighting, buildings insurance, waste disposal and general supervision for which a Tenants service charge is payable based on the size of the premises leased. It should be noted that the landlords also rent offices in Condover Mews and are keen to keep service charges to realistic levels.
Services: Mains water, electricity and private drainage services are connected to the individual suites. Broadband is also available for connection.
